Business account is your business brand, while the tribe is the community of your business. For example, if I create a business account with my brand, Nike, later tribe or the community is the Nike Runners Club.

Paid Business Accounts can access analytics tools and get broadcast quota of up to unlimited. Free Business Accounts cannot access the analytics tool and get a limited broadcast quota.

To upgrade your business account, you can access the business account dashboard page then go to the plan page

There are 3 business account plans in tribelio, namely the Free Plan, Basic Plan and Premium Plan.
Free Plan is a plan where you can have a business account without paying anything and you can use marketing tools with limited quota.
Basic Plan is a plan where you can have a paid business account starting from 158K / month and you can use marketing tools with unlimited broadcast quota.
Premium Plan is a plan where you can have a paid business account starting from 298K / month and you can use marketing tools with unlimited broadcast quota.

There are 3 types of tribe in tribelio, and here are the differences between each tribe type in tribelio :
Public tribe is a tribe type where you can directly join tribe without the need to request first and You can still see all member posts for this tribe type.
Closed tribe is a tribe type where you have to request to join tribe and you can't see member posts for this tribe type.
Secret tribe is a tribe type where you cannot find a tribe unless you get the share link from the share tribe or invite member.
